Your manager will help you explore the options that will work best for you and our business, including various levels of funding, time off to study, and the support materials you need to be successful.

Developing future leaders

If you aspire to develop your career in leadership and management, we’re keen to help you. The management journey will first take you through our Managing People Programme (ILM Level 3). Next is our Leading People Programme (ILM Level 5).

We back up our leadership training with further resources such as: mentoring, health and wellbeing support, and access to the Ashridge Business School’s online resource centre.

We are an apprenticeship levy paying firm

Keen to address a nationwide skill shortage, the UK government has introduced an apprenticeship levy charged to businesses such as ours. The government ring-fences this levy so that it can only be used to pay for approved training that forms part of the new apprenticeship standards.

Signing up for an approved apprenticeship training programme gives you the opportunity to acquire a qualification which equips you with new, relevant and sought-after skills. Completing an apprenticeship will help you build a successful, meaningful and rewarding professional career.
