Chris entered the Financial Services industry in 1988 and set up his own company in 1990 as an IFA before selling the business in 2017. He concentrates on holistic financial planning using cash flow modelling specialising in the area of pension and investment planning. Chris sees the importance of long term relationships with clients some of whom he has been looking after for nearly 30 years.

Brett has over 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry with the last 17 years as a Director and adviser with Dodd Murray Limited in Carlisle. Brett’s main area of expertise is in the area of pensions and retirement planning with the qualifications that allow him to give advice in the more complex area of final salary pension schemes. He believes that good communication with clients is essential for a long term relationship based on trust and integrity.

Philip is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was a partner in Saint & Co, a local firm of Chartered Accountants, for over 26 years in their Financial Services Division before the division was acquired by Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers in June 2018.

In addition he holds the Diploma for Financial Advice and has over 26 years experience in the Financial Services Industry providing clients with holistic financial planning

He is passionate about providing clients with the highest levels of ongoing service and his main areas of expertise are long term investment planning, retirement planning and inheritance tax mitigation planning.

Trevor started his career in banking before moving into financial planning in 1991. He came to Cumbria in 2009 after selling his holding in a successful financial planning business he built up with a colleague in the North East of England.

Trevor has gained expertise in providing high-quality advice in a clear concise manner to both personal and business clients across all the financial planning disciplines. He is keen to help clients build their bespoke financial plans and review them regularly with them to ensure they remain on track in light of both legislative and client changes in circumstances.

Oliver is originally from Carlisle. After graduating from Northumbria University, he joined the adviser network company, Intrinsic, for two years. Following this he joined Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers in Chester where he qualified through the graduate scheme, gaining a Diploma in Financial Advice. Oliver prides himself on his ability to engage with people and build long-term relationships. He provides holistic financial advice, however his main area of expertise is working with private investors to meet their investment and retirement planning requirements.
